Summary of report content

The report highlights information from patients, carers and public contacting Healthwatch Lincolnshire to report comments, concerns, compliments and complaints for health and social care services.

A total of 259 health and social care experiences were shared. 63 were formally reported to us and a further 196 via our feedback centre.
