In September 2026, Healthwatch Lincolnshire collected and analysed 70 pieces of feedback from patients, carers and members of the public about health and social care services across the county. Feedback covered hospitals, GP practices, dental services, mental health services, adult social care and community-based care.
The most common themes were treatment and care, access to services and administration. People frequently raised concerns about long waits for appointments, delays receiving test results, communication between services, access to NHS dentistry and difficulties navigating digital systems. Hospital feedback often focused on A&E waits, discharge arrangements and communication, while primary care comments highlighted access to appointments, medication issues and continuity of care. The report also includes examples of positive experiences and provider responses, demonstrating how individual concerns were addressed and used to inform service improvement.
