Enter and view: Leicester Road Surgery

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Leicester Road Surgery in June 2016, gathering feedback from 20 patients. Overall feedback was positive, particularly about reception and nursing staff, cleanliness and the quality of care and treatment. Most patients also rated the appointment system positively, although some reported difficulties getting through by telephone or waiting for non-urgent appointments. 

Healthwatch recommended reviewing appointment booking and continuing to keep patients informed about delays. The practice said it was happy with the findings and outcome of the visit.
