Enter and view: Pear Tree Surgery

Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Pear Tree Surgery in October 2015, gathering feedback from 46 patients. Overall, patients were positive about the quality of care, with particularly positive feedback about GPs and nurses. However, some people reported difficulties booking appointments by telephone, waiting for appointments and accessing the surgery by public transport or car. Recommendations included reviewing the appointment and telephone system, providing a comments box and improving the marking of the disabled parking bay. No additional response was provided by the surgery.
