Healthwatch Warwickshire carried out an Enter and View visit to Arrow Surgery in October 2015, gathering feedback from 33 patients. Feedback was exceptionally positive, particularly about the appointment system, quality of care and the surgery’s clean and accessible premises. Patients reported being able to get appointments quickly, including same-day appointments, and Healthwatch encouraged the surgery to share its approach with other practices.
Some concerns were raised about public transport and disabled parking.
Recommendations focused on improving information about transport options and reviewing disabled parking provision. The surgery responded with actions to address these points.
