Summary of report content

Healthwatch Liverpool carried out an Enter and View visit to Crompton Court Residential Care Home in July 2015 to observe the service and gather feedback from residents, relatives and staff. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with residents and relatives describing the home as welcoming, friendly and caring. The visit highlighted positive staff-resident relationships, a varied activities programme, strong links with the local community and examples of good practice in supporting people living with dementia. Recommendations focused on addressing minor environmental issues, including decoration, odour management and maintaining the quality of the care home environment. The provider responded to the report and acknowledged the recommendations.
