  • Influenced improvements to hospital discharge, home care, supported accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, child safety and obesity services, with findings directly shaping local commissioning and service redesign.
  • Amplified the voices of young people, leading to action on healthy weight services and raising awareness of vaping, including illicit substances, with findings influencing local and regional partners.
  • Helped improve support for adults with learning disabilities and people receiving domiciliary care, with feedback used by Blackburn with Darwen Council to shape future commissioned services.
  • Highlighted inequalities faced by underrepresented communities, including South Asian residents, LGBTQ+ people, unpaid carers and people living in deprived neighbourhoods, ensuring their experiences informed local decision-making.
