  • Influenced improvements to mental health, hearing services, continence care and primary care access, using residents’ experiences to shape service development and local action plans.

  • Improved patient information and support by producing screening fact sheets, a What to Know this Winter guide, and new continence service resources to help people manage their health while waiting for treatment.
  • Amplified the voices of seldom-heard groups, including people with serious mental illness, carers, people with hearing loss, and men affected by prostate cancer, ensuring their experiences informed service improvements.
  • Worked collaboratively across Greater Manchester, contributing local insight on issues including ADHD, IVF and prostate cancer to help shape regional health and care planning.
