Healthwatch St Helens undertook an unannounced enter and view visit to Ranelagh Grange Care Home on 29 April 2015.

At the time of the visit Healthwatch felt that the home appeared to be operating to a high standard of care, providing a homey environment. However, some areas require attention and are letting down the overall standard and impression of the home. Residents looked to be clean, tidy and well cared for
