Summary of report content

Healthwatch South Tyneside undertook an unannounced  enter and view visit to Deneside Court on 20 October 2016.  They spoke to 7 residents.

Most residents appeared and voiced they were happy living at Deneside Court.  Staff said they enjoyed working at Deneside Court with agency staff hoping to gain permanent employment at the home.
