  • they published seven reports about the improvements people would like to see in areas such as adult social care, community pharmacy, the NHS Online consultation , Black African and Caribbean experiences of diabetes services, reablement and intermediate care, neurodiversity, and the deaf community
  • They made a difference on a wide variety of topics, including intermediate care services and community diagnostic centres
