Healthwatch Sandwell undertook an announced enter and view visit to Pegasus Care Home on 7 September 2016.  They spoke to 4 people.

Pegasus Care Home provides a good level of care for their residents. Staff appear motivated. Residents seem happy and well looked after. The needs of residents are catered for. The feedback from relatives was positive
