On 27th May 2015, five members of staff and four volunteers from Healthwatch Lancashire gathered survey responses from patients and relatives across Royal Lancaster Infirmary to review their experience and gather insight. This report summarises reviews from 121 patients and relatives from 35 departments / clinics / wards, and provides a response from the Trust.
