Healthwatch Knowsley and Healthwatch Liverpool undertook a listening event at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust Outpatients Clinic on 18 November 2016.  They spoke to 29 people.

Key findings

Positive Comments were mainly about the environment and staff. 

Negative comments were received in relation to the waiting times, communication and parking. 

 A high percentage of patients felt staff treated them with dignity and respect

A high percentage of patients felt that the Walton Centre gave enough information on their condition 

Over half the people surveyed gave the Walton Centre a five Star rating
