Summary of report content

Healthwatch Hackney visited Latimer Health Centre on 21 October 2016 to obtain feedback on patient experience of GP surgeries in Hackney.  They spoke to 18 people.

Overall patient satisfaction with GP and practice is high.  People liked the ease of getting appointments and the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

People were concerned about long waits on hold on the phone when booking appointments.
