Download (PDF 8.49 MB)

Summary of report content

Healthwatch Redbridge undertook a survey to which 152 people responded to find out their experience of using the NHS App.

The findings suggest that while many residents can access basic app functions, substantial barriers remain, and these barriers fall most heavily on the groups least well-served by health services.
