Healthwatch Greenwich report on key themes in the feedback they received in February and March 2026.  During that period, they heard from 535 people.

Feedback received during this period reflects a mixed picture. Many residents spoke positively about the support available locally, and the commitment of frontline staff. At the same time, a number of consistent challenges were raised, particularly in relation to accessing primary care, navigating services, and confidence in the system.
