Top issues

About 50% of comments praised the quality of care received from GPs; however, poor communication and poor quality of care were also highlighted.

Poor communication and long waits for a hospital appointment were the biggest issues Healthwatch heard this month.

People told them about poor quality of care at the NSECH maternity and baby unit.
